fix: resolve npm audit vulnerabilities and remove unused dependencies

Summary

• Resolved npm audit vulnerabilities by running npm audit fix (updates in package-lock.json)
• Removed unused node-fetch dependency from bitbucket and confluence packages

Test plan

• All packages build successfully
• All 176 tests pass across 13 test suites (bitbucket, confluence, jira, common)
• npm audit fix applied cleanly
