[WIP] Add API to output quoted values for parameters

Bach 有一个名为 @stdout 的 API，会把参数逐行输出。如果单个参数里面包含空格，再传递给 xargs 后会错误的把一个参数给拆开。我在考虑是不是再添加一个 API 来专门输出 quoted 的值，或者在现有的 API 中判断，如果输出不是物理设备就自动 quote，否则还是原来的行为。你认为哪个更好？并给出参考实现。
