Simplifies setup and reduces default data while improving install UX.

• Adds an interactive prompt in BackstageServiceProvider install command to create a user; removes hardcoded default user seeding in BackstageSeeder
• Drops translations config generation/publishing from the install flow
• Comments out MediaResource in config/backstage/cms.php resources (Media plugin remains enabled)
• Minor install copy tweaks and final message now references /backstage
• Introduces RedirectFactory for Backstage\Models\Redirect
