Bug: Unrelated test flag change in dependency bump

The --no-coverage flag was added to the pest command, but this change is unrelated to the actions/checkout version bump described in the PR. This appears to be an accidental inclusion in a dependency update PR. While the flag is redundant given coverage: none is already set in the PHP setup, mixing unrelated changes in a dependency bump PR can complicate reviews and rollbacks.
