Remove the hesitation about the manifest schema in the readme

I think we exactly know what is the schema we expected and also the user should expect the readme to be up to date.

Makes sense. On another note, we should probably rename the manifest (and other related things, like the scryer_libs directory and the SCRYER_PATH env var) to not be Scryer specific. There's no reason to keep backwards compatibility for now, because we are still pre-alpha, but that will need some coordination with the repositories used in the integration tests. The sooner we do this renaming, the better. I'm thinking stuff like bakage-manifest.pl, bakage-lock.pl, .bakage and BAKAGE_PATH.

Also, let me see what this "Update branch" button does...

Oh, the button does what I expected (a rebase). This will be useful going forward (cleaner git history). I think you could have clicked it too.
