This is release version 1.0 relying on FPDF v. 1.82
This package is intended for a XAMP server, but can be run on a LEMP server if the .htaccess files are translated appropriately for LEMP.
tested dependencies:
Apache version 2.4
SQL with phpMyAdmin
PHP version 7.0 (may not work with earlier versions of PHP).
