What changed? Why?

• Added ChainPlay partner entry with name, description (<200 chars), URL, category, and subcategory.
• Included partner logo reference (192x192) per guidelines, App/Play Store style icon.
• URL points to chainplay.bet which runs on Base by default, so visitors from base.org land on a Base-ready experience.
