A couple UI tweaks and fixes:

• Make sure the "busy" spinner when removing a pin remains position: absolute so it doesn't jump around
• Add column colors on hover on the card perma
• Tighten line-height on card titles and add a space between title and description. This includes considerations for Windows, which is a bit odd when it comes to small line-heights in textareas.
