I'm good w this overall! How do we verify that nobody is using it? Mainly thinking about a potential Pydantic V1 deprecation as well |

There's no need for the OLTP exporter -- as I understand it, nobody is using this feature in truss. Truss users can still use honeycomb (they just need to integrate in user-land code)
This library pulls in deps like protobuf that result in conflicts.
