Makes a mess of the MDX output, but it would be great if we don't need changes to bazel, esp. since we want to produce these docs for older versions

@alexeagle do you mind doing an extra review since I've modified the Also, it looks like the new reference links get broken in older versions. That is because I manually updated HEAD but not the other versions. I think the main issue is that we still rely on humans pushing MDX files and we should really just rely on the Github Actions to do all that. Thoughts? |
