This is a following fix of #983 . For some libraries with a very large number of files, such as Boost,
running
symlink_contents_to_dir $EXT_BUILD_ROOT/external/boost/include $EXT_BUILD_DEPS/include Truecan take several hours,while
symlink_contents_to_dir $EXT_BUILD_ROOT/external/boost/include $EXT_BUILD_DEPS/include Falseonly takes a few minutes.
