I have made another commit.
I have added some more details on the purposes of the folders in the cluster and also clarified the details about the project compilation file.
I have also added information about adding a new dataset to the BBG Datasets spreadsheet.
I also added a link to the instructions on creating new folders in the cluster.
I have also split the lines in the code view, because markdownlint was showing warnings on that.

Markdownlint was giving more warnings.
I have further fixed more lines.
Now it is ready to merge.
