Export Consolidated Conditions as PDF
Adds an Export PDF button to the Consolidated Conditions screen, allowing users to download a formatted PDF reflecting the latest conditions across all amendments.
What's included in the exported PDF
Header — EAO logo (left), "Consolidated Conditions" title + project name + overall status badge (right)
Summary stats — Generated date, total condition count, and list of included amendments
Disclaimer banner — informs users this is not an official/enforceable document
Per-condition blocks, each containing:
Condition number, name, and full condition text/subconditions
Metadata card: Year Condition Issued, Source Document, status badge (Approved / Awaiting Approval)
"Amended Version: " chip when the condition has been amended
Page-level disclaimer footer repeated on every page
Notes
PDF is A4 portrait, generated client-side via jsPDF
