Creates missing child 'buckets' in COMS db
Syncs provided bucket and all child buckets
Uses object sync queue

add a new ?recursive=true query param to the /bucket/:bucketId/sync endpoint.
Probably need to pull down locally to test with BCBox (modifying the bcbox sync request to include the recursive query param.
