Fixed XLSX webview error. Removed libreofficeSDK testing (app size back down to 20 mb from 200 mb). Changed a duplicate icon. Added a non-functioning "disabled folders" section to remind why we can't swipe in Android/Data/ & Android/obb/

Implemented android system webview for document rendering on (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .csv) files. I currently cann't find a workaround for ppt files to display the actual "powerpoint" in the app but am searching for potential options. You will also see I added a "LibreOffice SDK" option, DO NOT USE THIS, as it will fail, I'm currently using it to test an SDK and future app I'm working on. Also cleaned up the UI a bit. Enjoy!
