Build b7 of the BeeWare support package for Python 3.11.

This release adds a static library modulemap in the frameworks. It also removes the top level platform-site folder in favor of a per-slice platform-config folder on iOS/tvOS/watchOS frameworks. This platform-config folder can be used to convert a virtual environment into a cross-platform virtual environment.
