@emmatyping If you've got a moment, I'd appreciate a review of this. I don't know if you've got any iOS expertise, but it's a fairly vanilla recipe, largely based off the Android equivalent. By way of external validation, the libraries built by this pass Python's |

While I'm not super familiar with building things for iOS, this looks correct based on my knowledge of make and zstd's build system.
