I've made some changes to allow for configuring response policy zones with this role.
The one thing I'm not so sure about are the molecule tests for the default scenario. Since ns3 is only a forwarder, I've excluded the response policy zone tests in the verify.yml since we can't easily conditionally forward to ns1/2 - due to response policy zone allowing override of any domain/fqdn records.
