How to center Text2dBundle?

I am trying to have text in the center of a sprite, but can't seem to get that...

Here is what I got from the small code below, I added a cyan text that says expected where I want my text to be.

Anchor::Center should be doing what you want.

Side note: with_alignment doesn't actually do anything for a single line of text and it's being renamed in an upcoming release for clarity: #10854

Could you provide the rest of the code for your demo?

Thank you! I tried to reproduce with a minimal project and got the expected cnetered text, unlike what i had before. At the end I found that i had to remove Cargo.lock and rebuold, any idea why? This is really odd.

I am guessing that you were stuck on Bevy 0.12.0 and that you were seeing this bug: #10407 that was fixed for Bevy 0.12.1.
