@mencian It's unfortunate that all the CI configurations also have /opt/mambaforge hard-coded.

What I can't figure out is why osx-arm64 is broken at the moment, since you reverted this. Not sure if it's related to this or not. Maybe the change from 11.0 to 13.0? bioconda_utils-conda_build_config.yaml doesn't match, but 10.13 didn't match the 10.15 that was there before.

Seems like ARM64 is unable to fetch the link for macOS 13 SDK; can try reverting back to 11.0 (bumped to 13.0 as some recipes are now requiring a minimum 13 SDK and got ahead of myself)
