Unclear why the tests are hanging :( @aliciaaevans can you take a look please? |

Hmm, previous releases didn't seem to have any tests run, apart from the Summary...? |

These tests on a release PR never actually run. |

🤖 Release is at https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-utils/releases/tag/v3.7.1 🌻 |

I'll look into why they don't run, but we've been ignoring this for a while now. |

We've seen this in other repositories and I remember giving up in some case. But I now did find this documentation of using a personal access token for the release-please action, that should solve this: Otherwise, there's this old issue with a workaround: |

Also, the follow-up PR on bioconda-commons is here: If anybody with write permissions there can merge, that would be great! Many thanks! |
This requires review and merging of the respective release PR for bioconda-utils: bioconda/bioconda-utils#1034
I think I have figured this out, by now. Here's my write-down on how to get this to work with personal access tokens: |
