This is a small straightforward fix in the regex for version constraints syntax that the linter accepts.

I'll look into why they don't run, but we've been ignoring this for a while now.

We've seen this in other repositories and I remember giving up in some case. But I now did find this documentation of using a personal access token for the release-please action, that should solve this:

Otherwise, there's this old issue with a workaround:
googleapis/release-please#922 (comment)

I'll look into why they don't run, but we've been ignoring this for a while now.
