Utils BioBB

Introduction

In this repository can be found the utils created for Bioxcel building Blocks:

Documentation

• json: Scripts for generating and validating JSON Schemas for every package.
• cwl: Scripts for generating CWL files for every package.
• configs: Scripts for generating config files for every package.
• command_line: Scripts for generating command line documentation for every package.
• changelog: Scripts for generating changelogs for every package.

To do it for multiple packages, you can use the all script where you can specify the paths to the packages you want to generate the documentation and/or the adapters.

To pull the latest tagged version of all the BioBBs you can follow the instructions for the submodules of bioexcel/biobb.

Bioconda package generation

• new_version: Scripts for creating a new package or updating an existing one.
