Tests fail due to tensorflow 2.13 not having been released on conda-forge (yet): conda-forge/tensorflow-feedstock#329

I'll try it with tensorflow 2.12, otherwise we need to use pipy instead...

This unveiled another issue caused by the recent zenodo api changes: bioimage-io/spec-bioimage-io#531
I'll rerun the tests here, once that is fixed
