Purpose
Update to the latest synctools version before the calendar logic rewrite starts. So we can update the rewrite step by step.

This PR updates to the latest commit before the synctools rewrite starts.
Note:
Current synced commit does not exist on synctools main branch anymore. The corresponding one on main is bitfireAT/synctools@2d451bf .
