Update link to README for event integrations

📔 Objective

The event integrations have moved from admin console to dirt (see PR #6757 in the server repo). With that move, the link from the contributing doc to the README needed updating as well. This PR updates the link and also adds a brief path reference in case a developer wants to look at the file locally.
