Add alias instructions to Getting Started with CLI

📔 Objective

Some users may find it easier to test and experiment with CLI commands as shown on the help page pertaining to the CLI. This PR adds basic instructions to alias the executable bw.js to only bw, facilitating copying and pasting directly from our help page.
