Before proceeding, ensure you know how to do the following things in MS word:

Below are guidelines for drafting your project proposal:
- Clearly define the project
objectives. Don’t list more than two. - Mention the
problemyour project going to solve, boil it down in simple two points. - Include the
background and significanceof the project. - Describe the
methodologyyou plan to use.
Below are the guidelines for important sections of project report:
List of abbreviationsshould be in alphabetical order.Abstractshould always be in one paragraph and don't use first person pronouns in it.Keywordsin abstract should be bold and italic and write keywords relevant to the project.
Objectivesthat you haven't met, don't put them.Limitationsof the project should be less than scope of the project.Problem statementshould be in two points.Chapter headingshould be in center.
For better documentation, I recommend to download these samples, make copy and edit them in MS Word rather than Google Docs.
