How to set up bot for development

• pip install -r requirements.txt
• python3 -m spacy download en_core_web_md
• Create a local file called .env that contains the TOKEN as an env variable
• Token should look like TOKEN={actual_token_here_and_remove_curly_brackets}
• python3 main.py
