Suggesting flexibility to configure http_request2 SSL verification to avoid the error http_request2 Error: Unable to connect to tls. Setting this to TRUE will keep current behavior, while FALSE will allow dev system with self-signed SSL or with PHP libs not setup with all SSL to run (http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.http.http-request2.config.php).
