• Moved drop window to bottom right and made it use the main display size, so more screen resolutions can be accommodated.
• Made desired resulting filesize offset dependant on initial filesize to try to prevent cases where large-video result is still over 10mb.

Added slow preset for smaller videos, this is useful if you're just converting a small video into mp4,
