Fixed support for BinanceFutures Backtesting + added support for several new indicators

• Fixed all bugs I faced with backtesting Binance Futures.
• Added fees calculations (no responsibility or gurantee for the calculations accuracy).
• Added support for several new indicators.

For me, this works perfectly fine to model and backtest various complex strategies.
