Fixed 3 instances where the defaultBlock parameter was misspelled as 'lastest' instead of the correct 'latest' in the HRC20, HRC721, and HRC1155 contract initialization examples. Fixes related to Encode Hackathon bounty (harmony-one/bounties#126)
