This function iterates over ALL posible Permutations. PENDING: Implement logic hanlde_add_to_bag() function. NOTES: The getMAxValue1() was the firs attempt triying to get all posiblePermutations. This atempt overpassed my current intellectual capabilities. I'll keep it in order to track the steps I did in my work for this project.

…osible Permutations. That new functionality do solve the Knapsack problem, just return the TOTAL number of permutations.
Now the number of permutation is the expected.
