This PR implements slicing of reshaped multipart arrays, when extra dimensions are inserted in the structure composed of stacked files (e.g. with set
frame_per_pointparameter in sequences of tiff files). It relies on thechunksproperty set in the associatedDataSource.Depends on #1302
