@villfa composer test no runs through. fixed all errors and warnings. i tried to keep the tool compatible to symfony/console 8 and under. if you would only support symfony/console 7.4 we could drop the method exists stuff

@villfa so the pipeline did fight back and got it working.
notable changes: dropped php 7.1 because symfony/process min version is 8.1.33. dropped the fossil param -n 0 because no history git displayed

We'll drop support for old PHP versions when we'll create the 2.x branch.

Closing this PR as support for Symfony 8 has been added in release 1.7.3.
