This cleans-up a bit and fixes some commands in the README. It also explains that this is Boa's website.
I also updated dependencies. We were getting hit by a vulnerability, so hopefully this should solve it. I also added a
<!-- truncate -->in the temporal post, so that it knows where to stop for the blog page, and fixes a few links there.
