Added a file system based off of the .NET Zip API (System.IO.Compression) that became available as of .net4.5).
This API feels a little simpler to work with for these purposes - no need to "BeginUpdate" and "CommitUpdate" - just make the changes and they are commited.
One limitation of the API is that for some reason there is no support for ZipCrypto.
