I rather create the pull request for this fork since this one uses the proper PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK.
I needed a way to check the Android device's idle state, and was already using this plugin for the above PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK, so I piggybacked off of the existing PowerManager object. I think this is appropriate since this is a power management plugin.
