• Use bonej-plus-0.0.8 by @mdoube in #379

This drops the OpenCL compliance level to version 1.2 which is much more broadly supported than the previously-targeted 2.0. Notably, Intel devices can now run BoneJ+ plugins. Ellipsoid Factor+ runs 1.5-3x faster, depending on hardware.
