The `P`s that head the lower `Li`s have been replaced with (`1Em`) `H4`s, which allows them to be hyperlinked-to, because they're assigned fragments. Additionally, I have *consistently* codified a hyperlink label, and an unabstracted hyperlink. Previously, another of the former had been codified, alone. Lastly, I added a period to a sentence that lacked it, despite all else of its type being punctuated.
