Change punctuation, to:
Fixed a possible long and useless loop on log file rotation in text_file_backend. If the log
file name pattern did not include a file counter and the log file size exceeded the rotation_size limit, then the sink backend would repeatedly try to open a new log file with a different counter value and end up opening the same file every time. (boost_gh:issue[log,252])
