Previously, the logic only assigned timestamps to requests with 0 timestamp, potentially leading to mixed timestamps within a single transaction if some requests already had timestamps. This change ensures that a unified timestamp (either existing or newly generated) is applied to all requests within a transaction, preserving atomicity.
