Add contact info and social media links to footer

[Copilot]

Website footer was missing contact information (address, phone, fax) and social media links that existed in the previous site design.

Changes

• Footer template (layouts/_partials/footer/footer.html): Added "Contact Us" section with address/phone/fax and "Connect with Us" section with social icons
• Site params (config/_default/params.yml): Added contact config (bilingual address, phone, fax) and YouTube social link
• i18n (en.yaml, tr.yaml): Added translations for contact section labels
• Assets (static/icons/youtube.svg): Added YouTube icon matching Bootstrap Icons style
