cash_out = CashOut.find(32)

Delete the Transaction

When a CashOut is created, we move money from the person's account to a hold account.

Before deleting a CashOut, you need to delete this Transaction which will reverse the hold.
```
transaction = Transaction.find(123456)
transaction.delete
```
Then, you are clear for liftoff
```
cash_out.delete
```
