This PR removes an empty exclude section from the CI workflow matrix configuration. The exclude block contained only a comment noting that Django 5.2 requires Python 3.10+, but since all tested Python versions (3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14) already meet this requirement, no actual exclusions were needed.
