Editable for boolean/two option columns

Editable for boolean (two option) columns. Define an editable grid by choosing it in the customizing.

The user will get visual feedback for editable cells.

The paging icons are now aligned to the standard grids

There is a separate solution zip for Custom Pages which should work with boolean columns (Experimental).

• Fixed an issue with scrolling when there were too many columns/when also a horizontal scrollbar was needed
