Description

This PR makes two main changes to the codebase:

Removes the @lingui/detect-locale dependency and simplifies internationalization (i18n) to use only English
Updates Vite from version 7.1.9 to 7.1.11 (maintenance update)

The changes remove multi-language support (Spanish and Portuguese) and eliminate locale detection functionality, defaulting to English only. This significantly reduces the internationalization capabilities of the application.

Possible Issues

Breaking change for international users: Removing Spanish and Portuguese language support will break functionality for users who were previously using these languages
Locale detection removal: The application no longer detects user locale preferences from URL parameters or browser navigator settings, which may degrade user experience for international users
Asset cleanup: The Spanish and Portuguese benefit images are no longer imported but may still exist in the assets folder as unused files
No migration path: There's no deprecation notice or migration strategy for users currently using non-English locales
