Added new Tax UI project with Calculator icon to global navigation (cmdk menu, sidebar) and home projects list. Updated HN CLI description for consistency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <[email protected]>

Added new Tax UI project to the global navigation menu (cmd+k, sidebar) and home projects list. Uses Calculator icon with relevant keywords for searchability.
