Warp is not maintaining this pipeline anymore. This is an copy from warp and we implanted minor change to RevertSam task from CramToUnmappedBams WDL, because in the fire case we have 296 samples that were aligned on dragen 3.7.8, there was an incompatibility with XQ tag with Picard Tools.
