Description
Note: I created the
stable/3.14.xbranch by branching off the 3.14 tag. This PR shows a pre-existing behaviour on that version of DRF encode#9378POC to show that
unique_togethermade nullable fields required on 3.14, recreated from: encode#9532 with a better base branch
